Actors’ Festival

For ten years now, the Konjic People’s University has been the organizer of the Actors’ Festival of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This is the only festival on the map of cultural events in Bosnia and Herzegovina dedicated to actors — the most important figures in the dramatic and theatrical process — and it is traditionally held in May and June. The festival hosts ten professional theatre productions, and its program typically also includes up to ten accompanying off-program events.
The significance of the Festival is reflected in its showcase of the regional theatre scene, with productions coming to Konjic from neighboring countries: Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, and North Macedonia.
